By using Heavenclip, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service. We may update these terms at any time — continued use means acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Use of Service
You may use Heavenclip to: • Upload and edit videos using our AI tools • Download your edited videos • Store videos in your personal dashboard You may NOT use Heavenclip to: • Upload videos containing illegal content • Upload copyrighted content you don't own • Attempt to hack, abuse, or overload our systems • Create content that harasses or harms others
3. Your Content
You retain full ownership of all videos you upload. By uploading content, you grant Heavenclip a limited license to process and store your videos solely to provide our service. We will never claim ownership of your content or use it for any purpose other than processing your edit requests.
4. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for: • Keeping your account credentials secure • All activity that occurs under your account • Ensuring content you upload complies with applicable laws Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
5. Service Availability
Heavenclip is provided "as is." We strive for 99% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to: • Perform maintenance that may cause temporary downtime • Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice • Suspend accounts that violate these terms
6. Limitation of Liability
Heavenclip is not liable for: • Loss of data due to technical issues • Indirect or consequential damages • Issues caused by third-party services we use Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of India.
