• Keep your payment details up to date.
• Cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.

Unless required by applicable law, subscription payments are non-refundable.

3. Your Content

You retain full ownership of all videos, images, audio, and other content you upload to HeavenClip.

By uploading content, you grant HeavenClip a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license solely to:

• Process your files.
• Generate AI edits.
• Create captions and motion graphics.
• Render and export your projects.
• Provide the services you request.

This license ends when your content is permanently deleted from our systems, except where retention is required by law.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content:

• Does not violate copyright or trademark laws.
• Does not infringe on the rights of others.
• Does not contain illegal or harmful material.

4. AI Features

HeavenClip uses artificial intelligence to assist with video editing and creative workflows.

AI features may include:

• Video editing suggestions
• AI Directors
• Caption generation
• Motion graphics
• Scene detection
• Story analysis
• Automatic reframing
• Audio transcription
• Content optimization

While we strive for accurate results, AI-generated outputs may occasionally require review or manual adjustments.

5. Intellectual Property

HeavenClip, including its software, interface, branding, AI systems, templates, motion graphics, and original content, is owned by HeavenClip or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy or redistribute our software.
• Reverse engineer the platform.
• Resell or sublicense HeavenClip without written permission.
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices.

Your own uploaded content always remains yours.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use HeavenClip to:

• Upload illegal or harmful content.
• Violate intellectual property rights.
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
• Distribute malware or malicious software.
• Abuse, exploit, or interfere with the platform.

7. Refunds & Cancellation

Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

• Subscription fees are non-refundable.
• Unused subscription periods are not eligible for partial refunds.
• Promotional credits and free usage credits have no cash value and may expire according to the applicable offer.

8. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• We are required to do so by law.
• Fraudulent or abusive activity is detected.

Upon termination, your access to HeavenClip will end, and your stored projects may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.

9. Service Availability

We work hard to keep HeavenClip reliable and available.

However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service at all times.

Features may change, be updated, or be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, improvements, or circumstances beyond our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

HeavenClip is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HeavenClip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including loss of data, business interruption, or lost profits.

11. Changes to These Terms

When significant changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, notify users through the platform or by email.

Your continued use of HeavenClip after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
